We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the very good onsen, delicious food, comfortable room, and traditional tatami floors. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We also appreciated the convenient parking and easy transportation options in this city. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast provided. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

The onsen at this hotel was exceptional, providing a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. the food was also delightful, with a nice variety of options to choose from. the room was comfortable and featured traditional tatami flooring, adding to the authentic Japanese experience.
Some of the hotel staff lacked English skills and did not provide clear explanations or assistance, which was disappointing.

The onsen experience was amazing and very relaxing. the food was simply delightful and we enjoyed the traditional tatami-style room that was spacious and comfortable. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area.
The lack of communication from some of the staff was a bit disappointing. As non-Japanese speakers, we were not given any information on hotel facilities, dinner/breakfast times, or directions to dining halls and onsen.

The hot springs were amazing and super relaxing! The food was also very delicious and well presented. The rooms were comfortable and clean. One great thing is that the hotel is located in a peaceful area, surrounded by nature. We had a very peaceful and calming weekend, which was exactly what we needed.
We had trouble communicating with them due to language barriers and they did not offer any help or assistance. We felt ignored and not valued as customers.
